Mrs. Pragyan Parimita is the HR Head of the Company and is currently Working on the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Providing counseling on policies and procedures, recruiting potential candidates for our efficient Team.
Mrs. Simantika Mohanty plays an important role in the part of advisory. She manages with equal part and responsibilities at the time asks for. She is an Educationist, social activist and entrepreneur.
A self-made, first-generation serial entrepreneur with roots in a traditional Odia business family. In 2009 ,he established ARCHID BUILDERS, bringing innovation and professionalism to the real estate sector in Bhubaneswar. His visionary leadership has led to the successful completion of 23+ projects, spanning over 5 lakhs sq. ft., and generating cumulative sales of Rs.440Crores. With a career of over a decade, Mr. Mohanty’s relentless pursuit of excellence has made ARCHID BUILDERS a leader in high-quality residential real estate developments, supported by a dedicated work force of over 200 professionals.
An MBA graduate from KIIT University, Mr. Anshuman Pattnaik has been with the company since 2010. With expertise in Project Execution, Quality Control, Technological Development, HR, and Marketing, he plays a pivotal role in managing the over all affairs of the company. His visionary leadership drives the growth of ARCHID GROUP.
Mr. Manas has joined Archid Builders since 2010. He manages overall accounting operations, Financial Planning including Direct &Indirect Taxation. He has done MBA in FINANCE, Diploma in Export & Import Management along with LLB. He always plays his role in best way possible for company’s growth and development.
With a back ground in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Journalism & Mass Communication, Mrs. Ankita Mohanty serves as the Marketing Head of Archid Builders. Spearheading new initiatives, she has elevated strategic planning and project development with in the company. Mrs. Mohanty also plays a crucial role in corporate branding and project marketing for the Group, contributing significantly to its success and growth.
